Rezumat/Abstract. The analysis of performance markers for a company is necessary for a large range of internal and external users in order to sustain economic decisions. Before 1970 years, the main managerial role was in most situations to maximize the profit range. In present days great attention is given to the company performance markers considering durable development conditions (average energy consumption, energy consumption per product, the recycling rate of working materials, the percentage of professional diseases, the expenses for health and protection of labour, the number of biologic products, etc).
