Rezumat/Abstract. The main responsibility for the management of each company is to take operational, investment and financial decisions in order to assure the increase of the long term worth of the company’s belongings. Special managerial measures had to be taken: to restructure the functionality of the whole company, to testify the process of taking decisions, to increase the cost efficiency, to buy other companies, to implement valuable creator processes, economic indicators, innovator managerial initia tives.
