In such cases, if complaints are received from those affected, the journal will institute a banning policy against the authors practicing such forms of academic misconduct, meaning that their messages will be no longer answered. The same policy is applied to authors who submit repeatedly a rejected manuscript without addressing the issues determining the rejection.
